Gránit Asset Management is one of the few Hungarian fund managers authorized to offer eligible investment products under Hungary’s Gloden Visa Program, introduced by Act XC of 2023. This program provides third-country nationals with a pathway to Hungarian residency through qualified financial investments. As a regulated asset management company supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary, Gránit offers a fully compliant, transparent, and professionally managed investment solution designed to meet both the legal and financial objectives of the program.
Under the current legislation, foreign nationals may apply for a guest investor residence permit by investing a minimum of EUR 250,000 in units of a qualified real estate fund, among other options. The program is designed to attract long-term, strategic capital to Hungary, while offering investors the benefits of European Union residency.
Gránit Asset Management proudly offers the Gravitas Hungary Real Estate Fund, which has been specifically structured to meet all criteria set forth by the Golden Visa Program. The fund is actively open to investors and focuses on real estate-backed assets, offering a balanced combination of stability and long-term value growth. A brief overview of the fund is available below, and visitors are encouraged to explore the fund’s dedicated page for detailed information.

The minimum investment is EUR 250,000, and redemptions follow a T+360-day cycle. The Fund’s benchmark is the 3-month EURIBOR.
