Erik Wafler has 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career at Trigránit, which was then Europe’s third-largest commercial real estate developer, where he focused on property, asset management, and investments, and also gained experience in office building development. Subsequently, he managed and sold the Central Eastern European regional portfolio of a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund at AXA Investment Managers. He later continued his career in London at an asset management firm specializing in distressed/opportunistic assets. In the summer of 2023, he joined Gránit Asset Management, where his responsibilities include sourcing regional commercial real estate investment opportunities and executing investments. In his free time, Erik plays tennis.
