As Advisor to the CEO of Gránit Asset Management, he works closely with the company’s senior management to support strategic decision-making. His responsibilities primarily encompass strategic initiatives, international business development, and transaction-related projects. He plays an active role in initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s international presence, evaluating overseas investment and business opportunities, and preparing and executing the firm’s corporate M&A and capital-raising projects. He has gained extensive experience in investment, corporate finance, and transaction advisory. He began his career in 2019 in Grant Thornton’s M&A practice before moving to BDO’s Financial Advisory division, where he was primarily involved in cross-border M&A transactions. He joined Gránit Asset Management in 2023. His professional focus is on international capital and financial markets. He places particular emphasis on fund structures that facilitate cross-border investment capital flows, with a specific focus on funds and asset managers operating within the regulatory frameworks of Luxembourg and the Middle East.
