Equilibrium 2 divestment represents a natural continuation of the partnership built through last year’s successful transaction of Equilibrium 1. This confirms the strong alignment between Skanska and Gránit Asset Management, as well as a shared confidence in the long-term value of the Equilibrium project as a whole. With this step, the Equilibrium office complex is transferred in its entirety to an investor that understands both its quality and its potential, ensuring continuity, stability and long-term value for tenants and the wider Equilibrium community.
