Tibor Ruzsinszki graduated as an economist from Corvinus University of Budapest. He began his professional career of over 25 years in the financial department of Matáv Real Estate Directorate, then as Head of Asset Management, he was responsible for the company’s entire asset portfolio.

As part of Hungary’s first real estate outsourcing, he moved to NEO Property Services Zrt., where for 20 years he led the facility, property, and general contracting divisions as Business Line Director. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he considers it important to enhance the recognition of the FM profession. He is an active member of LEO (National Association of Facility Managers), where he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and co-author and expert of the FM Benchmarking books. He is also responsible for compiling the quarterly LEO Mood Index (LVHI).

He joined the team of Gránit Asset Management in January 2024, where as Head of Real Estate Investments, he is responsible for the entire real estate portfolio.
