Zombor Erdélyi obtained his degree in Economic Analyst in Mathematical Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2010, and further enhanced his knowledge of the financial markets by successfully completing the ACI Dealing Diploma and CFA programs.

He has 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors, particularly in capital markets. He began his career as a stock trader at Futures First, where he gained first-hand experience in the operation of global financial markets. From 2013, he worked as a controlling expert at OTP, and from 2014, he led the Treasury Mid-Office at FHB Bank. Between 2017 and 2018, as Head of the Business Cabinet at FHB Bank, he supported the Deputy CEO of the bank’s Business Division, managing projects affecting the entire division.

Between 2018 and 2021, he headed the Market and Liquidity Risk Management Center at Takarékbank, where he introduced new market and liquidity risk models and processes. The team under his leadership played a crucial role in managing the market turbulence caused by COVID-19, providing rapid and effective responses to the challenges.

Since 2022, he has worked at Gránit Asset Management as Head of Risk Management and Controlling, where he developed risk management systems in line with market best practices. His work and the projects completed under his leadership have contributed to the stable and efficient operation of Gránit Asset Management. 1 He has been the Deputy CEO of Gránit Asset Management since July 2023.
